In this month's read, Deep work, the author Cal Newport explains the importance of being able to focus in our distracted world. He gives tips on how to improve our ability to focus and the benefits of being able to do what he calls Deep Work.

This book is a great read for anyone trying to start their productivity journey through reducing distractions and improving their focus.
